Built from
the inside out.

I didn't start in HR. I ran what were essentially small businesses inside Stanford University and the University of Wisconsin. Responsible for P&L, annual funding, and a workforce that the standard HR playbook wasn't written for.

When HR failed those teams, I was left picking up the pieces. I moved to startups to build what I wished had existed for me and my teams. I've been building it for founders ever since.
